We make the snack that carries your brand

We develop and produce private label for retail chains, distributors, price clubs and emerging brands. You bring the name and the market; we bring the plant, the formulation and the quality control.

Who we work with

Four customer profiles

Retail chains

Private label snack line development for supermarkets and convenience stores, with the consistency and volume the shelf demands.

Distributors and wholesalers

Bulk product and wholesale presentations for distribution operations in the northeast and across the country.

Emerging brands

If you have the brand and the channel but not the plant, we produce your first run and grow with you without demanding corporate volumes.

U.S. importers

Production to specification for importers looking for authentic Mexican snacks with export documentation in order.

How it works

From the first email to the first pallet

  1. 01

    Briefing

You share product, estimated volume, channel and desired presentation. If it is not fully defined yet, we help you scope it.

  2. 02

    Technical proposal and costing

We return a proposed formulation, available formats, minimum run volume and cost per presentation.

  3. 03

    Sample

We produce a physical sample for your approval. We adjust flavor profile, texture and weight until it is right.

  4. 04

    Packaging and artwork

We coordinate packaging material with your artwork. If you do not have a design, we connect you with a supplier.

  5. 05

    Production run

We schedule the run with a traceable lot and documented process control.

  6. 06

    Delivery

Finished product ready at the plant or delivered to your distribution center, as agreed.

Frequently asked

What buyers ask us before we start

What is the minimum volume per run?

It depends on the line and the packaging format. We handle accessible minimums for emerging brands and scale up to national chain volume. Share your projection and we will give you the exact minimum for your product.

How long does developing a new product take?

A product built on an existing formulation can be sampled within a few weeks. A development from scratch takes longer, depending on flavor complexity and ingredient availability.

Do you supply the packaging?

We coordinate packaging material with suppliers we already work with, or we produce using material you supply. Both models are possible.

Can you produce under my formulation?

Yes. We work both with our own formulations and to customer specification, under the confidentiality agreements that apply.

Do you handle export to the United States?

Yes. We produce for the U.S. market and work with importers. Documentation and labeling are adjusted to the destination.

What certifications do you hold?

We operate under an Integrated Management System for quality and food safety. Details of current certifications are shared during supplier qualification.
